Why Solar Water Heater Installation is Growing Rapidly in Nepal
Nepal receives excellent sunshine for most of the year. With rising electricity tariffs and cold winters in many regions, more homeowners and businesses are switching from electric geysers to solar water heaters.
A quality solar water heater uses free sunlight to heat water and comes with an electric backup for cloudy days and cold mornings. Once installed properly, it provides hot water for 15–25 years with very low running costs.
Kathmandu Solar has successfully completed hundreds of installations across Nepal and understands the different climate conditions, roof types, and water quality challenges found in various parts of the country.
